Caring for someone living with dementia can be both rewarding and difficult. Developing a deeper understanding of their daily experience can greatly improve how support and care are provided.
Dementia Reality’s Step Into Their World is an immersive program that uses innovative virtual reality technology to help caregivers experience what life may feel like for a person living with dementia.
Participants gain greater empathy, practical communication approaches, and tools that can strengthen caregiving skills while supporting quality of life for both caregiver and loved ones.
