Join us for the Improve Your Balance Class series at CJE SeniorLife Weinberg Community, designed to help support strength, mobility, and confidence in everyday movement.
This lively, five-class series incorporates balance, coordination, bodyweight strength, mobility, and flexibility exercises.
Classes are designed to help prevent falls and improve the ability to navigate daily surroundings, while also offering practical techniques to continue practicing at home.
