Engaging Adult Day Services

For adults with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and related conditions, spending time in a structured and supervised environment can make a world of difference. Benefits include socialization, reduced anxiety, and cognitive stimulation, as well as stronger connections with loved ones. Weinberg Community provides this experience.

Program

The Adult Day Services program emphasizes improving quality of life through engagement in meaningful programs. Participants gather in the inviting Bernard Heerey Annex of The Friend Center for Memory Care where they enjoy a stunning and spacious gathering space, contemporary dining room, and custom kitchen. Our professional staff includes licensed movement and rehab therapists and is here to guide participants throughout the day.

Caregiver Support Group at Weinberg Community

Our Caregiver Support Group offers practical resources and a supportive environment for those caring for loved ones. Led by our experienced social work team, this group provides guidance, information, and a place to exchange ideas with others who understand the caregiving experience.

Dementia Reality for Family Caregivers

Empowering Families with Knowledge, Skills, and Compassion

Dementia Reality for Family Caregivers is a class designed to equip family caregivers with essential tools to provide compassionate, effective care for their loved ones living with dementia.
